I was informed today of Sonja passing and wish to share my sincere condolences with the family and friends.

It was my extreme pleasure to work with Sonja at Winona Hospital. She approached everything with a smile and a positive optimistic attitude that serve as an excellent example and reminder to others but especially to me.

Dear Bob, Brad, Kathy and Family, I am so sorry to hear about Sonja's passing. Sonja was such a beautiful person. Just gorgeous really! I worked with Sonja for over 10 years at Winona. I remember the first day I met her... She was so excited about the upcoming birth of her grandson, Cody. She talked non-stop about him! I remember thinking... I hope I am that excited when I become a grandmother someday! I pray for peace and healing during this difficult time. Thinking of you, Julie Sears

I wish to express my sympathy to your family. I worked with Sonja at Winona Hospital for years. She was such a professional and a very good listener. When I was retiring, she wanted to take me to lunch. It was filled with wonderful conversations about family and importance of such. She truly loved all of you so much. Sonja and all of you are in my prayers.

To Aunt Sonja,
You will be missed. You always took your siblings children under your wings with a smile. With our family living out of state we only got to see you every few years usually at the family reunion. Each time you were the light and still had a big smile even though you may have been in pain in recent years. You put everyone else first which shows your Godliness. You and your Family are in our thoughts and

I worked with Sonja at Winona Hospital from 1990-1992. I was the Chief Operating Officer and Sonja was the Executive Secretary. Sonja was always the most professional yet cheerful person to represent the hospital. She was sincere and a joy to work with. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family. She was a very special person and will be deeply missed.
