Dr. Timothy Brian Hanrahan

Dr. Hanrahan's intelligence, compassion and insight touched
my life deeply in my ways. He set a standard of care in the
medical community that will be very hard to match. On top
of all that, he had a wonderful sense of humor that
he always shared.

My first appointment with Dr. Hanrahan was in Sept. 1995.
To say the least, one feels vulnerable during an annual
physical examination, but Dr. "H" immediately put me
at ease. We shared fond memories of his favorite childhood

TV show "Wild Kingdom" (one of my favorites too!) and I
left his office chuckling to myself. How often does THAT
happen at a doctor's office?

However, it was during my annual visit in Sept. 1996 that
Dr. Hanrahan truly made a permanent difference in
my life when he diagnosed the depression that had '
plagued me for several years and prescribed appropriate
medication. I will be eternally grateful to him for that
diagnosis and the support and encouragement he
provided.

To his family, friends, colleagues and the wonderful staff
of Internal Medicine of Carmel, my heartfelt condolences
and pray that, in the arms of the Lord, Tim Hanrahan
is once again whole and healthy.
